Job summary

Citystate Group - F&B Division seeks an IT Professional to support and enhance internal systems, websites, and integrations. You will collaborate on business solution projects, perform testing, provide user support, and help optimize performance and user experience across the organization.

The role requires hands-on coding, reporting, and internal app development with Java/JavaScript, SQL, and SaaS tools like Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Jet Report. Experience in logistics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in IT or equivalent related qualification or higher.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. SQL), application frameworks and system integration (APIs).
• Designing, coding, admin deploying scalable applications using languages like Java and javascript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and independent work ethics.
• Experience in SaaS environment like Microsoft 365.
• Experience in Application like Business Central and Jet Report.
• Experience in Logistics process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Part of a team responsible for the smooth functioning of IT Systems / Applications / Company Websites and general coordination with vendors.
• Work on projects team that will design and implement business solution projects.
• Perform system integration testing and troubleshooting of software application issues.
• Provided user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Logged, escalated, and tracked incidents to ensure timely closure.
• Conducted end-user training on application usage.
• Collaborated with teams to improve system performance and user experience.
• Design and develop internal application.
• Design and develop reports for end users and clients.
• Performs other IT related duties as assigned.
