Job summary

INTELLIPRO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT support specialist to provide end-user support for Windows, Office 365, ERP T100 and other business applications.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, assist with ERP T100 customization, and deliver basic end-user training on security, VPN, and Microsoft 365. The role involves on-site support at multiple company locations and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or related IT role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or MES systems is required.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office/M365 and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking, IT security and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with SQL/Oracle databases and Linux OS is an advantage.
• Experience with T100 ERP, CrowdStrike, endpoint security and VPN is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support end users effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting, investigative and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to company sites for on-site support.
