We are looking for an IT Executive / Corporate IT Executive to support and maintain our Group's IT infrastructure across headquarters, warehouse/production facilities, and retail/clinic locations. This role offers broad exposure to enterprise networking, Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, Synology NAS, POS systems, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central initiatives.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, POS terminals and peripherals.
Install, configure and deploy end‑user devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
Manage hardware repairs, warranties, replacements and asset lifecycle.
Support and maintain LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, switches, Wi‑Fi, VPN and internet connectivity.
Troubleshoot network, connectivity and branch infrastructure issues.
Maintain network documentation, diagrams and configuration backups.
Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licences, mailboxes and access permissions.
Manage MFA, user access controls and identity management processes.
Support Azure virtual machines and hybrid cloud environments.
Manage Synology NAS storage, permissions, backup jobs and recovery processes.
Monitor backup health and conduct restoration testing.
Implement patching, endpoint protection and security best practices.
Support cybersecurity audits, vulnerability remediation and incident response activities.
Support POS systems across retail operations.
Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on system enhancements and troubleshooting.
Assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, testing and integrations.
Maintain hardware and software asset inventories.
Track licences, warranties, renewals and vendor contracts.
Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge bases and technical documentation.
Maintain security evidence, asset inventories and compliance records.
Support access controls, patch management, malware protection and backup governance.
Ensure systems remain audit‑ready and aligned with organisational security standards.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure or systems administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows PC hardware, troubleshooting and device deployment.
Hands‑on experience with:
Microsoft 365 Administration
Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN)
Firewalls and managed switches
Experience with Azure, Synology NAS and enterprise backup solutions is highly desirable.
Retail, POS or multi‑site support experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills.
