Job summary

THYE HUA KWAN NURSING HOME LIMITED is seeking an IT support professional to assist in delivering, maintaining and administering IT systems across three sites in Singapore. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uphold security and data protection practices.

The role covers user access management, vendor coordination, end-user computing support, website assistance, and basic IT security hygiene, with reporting to the Director on key IT matters.

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts and access across THKNH's IT systems and platforms (e.g. IRMS, ILTC, email, SharePoint, Power Platform), including provisioning, de-provisioning and permissions management.
• Manage and monitor IT-related vendor and service contracts to ensure services are delivered to standard and on time.
• Ensure timely processing of IT-related payables to minimise accruals.
• Maintain and troubleshoot end-user computing equipment, including hardware setup, imaging, and warranty/asset tracking.
• Support facial recognition biometrics systems and access-control infrastructure relevant to the assigned site.
• Support the Home's website management and basic IT security hygiene (e.g. patching, backups, incident escalation).
• Support data protection (PDPA) compliance tasks as directed by the appointed Data Protection Officer(s), including technical implementation of safeguards.
• Reportto the Director on all operational and technical matters relating to IT.
• SupportIT-related project and compliance-coordination work as assigned.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job description

1. JOB PURPOSE

The jobholder supports and assists the Home in the delivery, maintenance and administration of IT systems, infrastructure and related compliance processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at 3 sites.

2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

2.1.1 Administer user accounts and access across THKNH's IT systems and platforms (e.g. IRMS, ILTC, email, SharePoint, Power Platform), including provisioning, de-provisioning and permissions management.

2.1.2 Manage and monitor IT-related vendor and service contracts to ensure services are delivered to standard and on time.

2.1.3 Ensure timely processing of IT-related payables to minimise accruals.
