Job summary

WE-PLUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT professional to administer Cisco Meraki networking and manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, Intune, and Tanium environments.

The role covers Windows Server infrastructure, DNS/DHCP, GPOs, and file services, with hands-on support across offices and customer sites, on-site and remote as required. The candidate will troubleshoot desktops, servers, networks, and connectivity, participate in backup/recovery activities, and collaborate with the regional HQ

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting network, systems and deskside IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Cisco Meraki networking, including wireless.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and Tanium environments.
• Support Windows Server infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
• Troubleshoot desktop, server, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support backup and recovery solutions and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide onsite and remote support to users across offices and customer sites.
• Work with regional HQ IT team on infrastructure projects and escalations.
