Job summary

SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Technician to support software, hardware, and network services for client environments. You will perform system maintenance, software installation, and user guidance to end users.

The role is permanent, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, based at Chai Chee. A college diploma or bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science is required, with at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Familiar with Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
Basic network troubleshooting and VPN connectivity.
Two+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

System software maintenance and upgrades, plus imaging and configuration.
Install and maintain office software and business applications.
Provide user guidance and basic training to clients.
Handle hardware installation, repairs, and network issues for clients.
