Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Singapore, part of the Hyve and TD SYNNEX family, invites a desktop support focused professional to join our internal IT team. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems, provide first-line user support, and help keep our hardware and software running smoothly in a fast-growing tech environment.

In this role you will collaborate with network admins, oversee asset management for laptops and devices, and help document improvements to current processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs computer installations, repairs and preventative maintenance of all company computers and more complex systems.
• Recommends suitable SW to meet user requirements.
• Troubleshoots complex SW and HW failures and identifies network problems related to desktop and laptop computers.
• May assist Network Administrators.
• May provide guidance to end users
• Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person
• Install, configure and maintain systems for employees (hardware / software / access / security / business applications)
• Assist in the ordering, receiving, storage, deployment, and retirement of laptop and IT equipment assets
• TSG local troubleshooting and system support
• Exceptional projects support. (e.g. office relocation, organization migration)
• Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes
• Perform all work according to defined process while keeping pace with fast business growth.
