Job summary

Singapore Computer Guys Pte Ltd is seeking an IT support specialist to interact with customers, diagnose issues, and provide timely resolutions. You will work with engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery, support end users onsite or remotely, and maintain accurate ticketing and asset records.

You will handle Windows and macOS environments, assist in projects, and draft end-user documentation while engaging with third-party vendors when needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of corporate IT support experience.
Experience troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and MS Office in business environments.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 / 2 IT support to end users (onsite / remotely).
Provide front-line IT support to employees through established support channels.
Maintain accurate ticketing processes and asset management tracking records.
Provide emergency requests / VVIP support outside of business hours.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair IT hardware and software.
Manage, configure and secure hardware and software systems.
Assist in Projects / Audits.
Write and update technical documentation for end users.
Liaising with 3rd party vendors.
