Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking an IT Helpdesk Associate in Singapore to provide frontline support for Windows, macOS, MS Office, mobile devices, and printers. The role will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalate complex problems, and coordinate with second-line teams as needed.

You will also handle basic networking/server support, VC equipment checks, procurement assistance, and daily IT facility maintenance while logging requests and maintaining ticketing

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support for operating systems (e.g., Windows 11, macOS), software (e.g., MS Office), mobile device setup, basic printer setup and support.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving for IT hardware and applications; escalate issues and involve second-tier support when required to resolve issues.
• Provide first-tier networking and server-side support, video conference equipment health checks and setup, basic telephone system support, and assist IT-related procurement.
• Perform daily preventive checks for office IT facilities.
• Receive and log IT service requests and incidents into the ticketing system; monitor cases to ensure the supporting team closes them.
• Coordinate internal IT-related projects, vendor management, and assist system deployments/upgrades with appropriate internal teams and suppliers.
• Prepare and generate operation reports and documentation to ensure reporting and metrics are delivered to the Manager.
