Job summary

HOWLI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Analyst with a relevant IT qualification and at least 1 year of IT experience. The role involves cybersecurity measures, network infrastructure, and onsite support to clients, with desk-side and remote assistance.

You will prepare IT status reports and documentation, participate in security hardening, and travel to customer sites as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome and on-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Nitec, Diploma in IT/Computing or Bachelor Degree related certification and above.
• minimum 1-year working experience in IT.

• 5.5 workday: Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–1pm, weekend standby on public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work with IT team on Cyber Security best practices and measures.
• Pre-empt possible IT intrusions and risks.
• Strong in Network Infrastructure.
• Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentation and Network Diagrams related to Cybersecurity.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Level 2 onsite support and resolution for network, desktops, servers and related hardware, including Windows servers.
• Deploy and configure desktops, laptops and servers.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Provide remote support via TeamViewer and travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Work with IT team on Cyber Security best practices and measures
• Pre-empt possible IT intrusions and risks
• Strong in Network Infrastructure
• Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations and Network Diagrams related to Cybersecurity.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Level 2 onsite support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access, desktop computers, and Windows servers, including hardware issues
• Deploy and configure desktops and laptops & Servers
• Perform service and maintenance of Desktops/Laptops/Servers/NAS to upkeep their performance
• Support hosting customers on email issues and password resets
• Troubleshoot router/firewall/copiers issues
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Phone/email/remote support via TeamViewer for users
• Travel to different customer sites
