Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level IT Support role with training provided. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT systems, perform configuration, patching and maintenance, and support end-users across the organization.

Ideal candidates may be new graduates (Nitec in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent) and will join a 5-day workweek with office hours. On-site positions are available island-wide in the West/East/Kranji.

Qualifications

• Nitec in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Entry level is welcomed and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and IT system issues.
• Provide technical support, including system configuration, patching, testing, and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with performance standards.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, servers, and IT peripherals.
• Conduct end-user training and coordinate with external vendors when required.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks to minimize downtime.
