Job summary

ALPHAEUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT service coordination professional to support service delivery by scheduling engineers, tracking deployments, maintaining asset records, processing orders and reporting on SLAs.

You will coordinate with customers and internal sales, operations and finance teams to ensure activities are completed accurately and on time, while maintaining thorough records and accurate documentation for audits and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service coordination or a similar operations support role.
• Practical experience maintaining IT asset records and deployment trackers.
• Experience coordinating engineer schedules, site activities or service appointments.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, invoicing and operational documentation.
• Ability to prepare accurate reports and meet service-level deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineer site surveys, deployment schedules and asset patching activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain deployment trackers, monitor outstanding activities and follow up on delays or incomplete documentation.
• Upload and update IT asset information in internal systems, checking records for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit operational reports within agreed SLA timelines.
• Process purchase orders, customer orders and invoices, verifying the accuracy of supporting information.
• Liaise with sales, operations and finance teams to resolve order, billing and deployment discrepancies.
• Respond to customer enquiries concerning orders, deployment progress and service arrangements.
• Maintain organised records of purchase orders, invoices, asset updates and completed service activities.
