Job summary

ALPHAEUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to help ensure smooth IT service delivery. You will schedule engineers, track deployments and maintain asset records, coordinating with sales, operations and finance to keep activities accurate and on time.

Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Excel/Word are essential, as you will handle purchase orders, invoices and service documentation, reporting progress within agreed SLAs and keeping records well organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineer site surveys, deployment schedules and asset patching activities with stakeholders.
• Maintain deployment trackers, monitor outstanding activities and follow up on delays or incomplete documentation.
• Upload and update IT asset information in internal systems, checking records for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit operational reports within agreed SLA timelines.
• Process purchase orders, customer orders and invoices, verifying the accuracy of supporting information.
• Liaise with sales, operations and finance teams to resolve order, billing and deployment discrepancies.
• Respond to customer enquiries concerning orders, deployment progress and service arrangements.
• Maintain organised records of purchase orders, invoices, asset updates and completed service activities.
