Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team in Singapore. The role combines pre-sales consulting, ERP implementation, project coordination and customer success to help businesses transform operations.

You will engage with customers to understand requirements, demonstrate ERP capabilities, lead implementation sessions and ensure successful go-lives while fostering strong relationships for ongoing success.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities by understanding prospects' business requirements and demonstrating ERP system capabilities.
• Prepare demonstration databases, mock business scenarios and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Lead project kick-off meetings, communicate implementation plans, training arrangements and responsibilities.
• Gather and document business requirements, coordinate with Business Analysts to assess solutions and estimate effort.
• Facilitate discussions between customers and technical teams on system enhancements and complex requirements.
• Conduct end-user training on system configuration and processes.
• Track milestones, billing schedules and invoicing; support go-live and post-implementation activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive successful implementation experiences.

Join an established ERP technology company and help businesses transform the way they operate! We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team. This role offers a combination of pre-sales consulting, ERP implementation, project coordination and customer success.

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

• Support sales activities by understanding prospects' business requirements and demonstrating ERP system capabilities.

• Prepare demonstration databases, mock business scenarios and proof-of-concept solutions.

• Recommend suitable ERP solutions based on customers' operational needs and business objectives.

• Provide product consultation and technical support to the Sales Team.

ERP Implementation & Project Delivery

• Lead project kick-off meetings and communicate implementation plans, schedules, training arrangements and key responsibilities.

• Conduct implementation sessions with key users to explain system processes, identify requirement gaps and align expectations.

• Gather and document business requirements, working with Business Analysts to assess solutions and estimate project effort.

• Facilitate discussions between customers and technical teams on system enhancements and complex requirements.

• Conduct end-user training on system configuration and operational processes.

• Assist with basic document and form customisation, including quotations, purchase orders and invoices.

• Track project milestones, deliverables, billing schedules and invoicing activities, following up on outstanding payments and supporting projects through successful go-live.

Customer Success & Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a positive implementation experience.

• Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

• Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements and standard feature enhancements.

• Support customers in adopting ERP solutions effectively to meet their business needs.
