DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Microsoft 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementations for customers in Singapore.

You will gather requirements, configure Business Central modules, and deliver tailored solutions while training users for successful adoption. Responsibilities include deploying on-premise and cloud solutions, collaborating with in-house consultants, and ensuring alignment with finance and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ERP for manufacturing, warehousing/logistics, or F&B preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Inventory Costing, and Pricing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV preferred.
• Experience in an ERP vendor, Microsoft Dynamics partner, or consulting environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

About the client

Our client is a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner and ERP consulting firm with extensive experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions across various industries. They specialise in helping businesses streamline finance, inventory, sales, and operational processes through digital transformation and tailored ERP solutions.

The role

TheMicrosoft 365 Business Central Functional Consultantwill be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for customers. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, recommend system solutions, collaborate with technical consultants on customisations, and provide user training to ensure successful adoption and project delivery.

Salary: $6,000 - $8,000 + AWS + PB + Transport

Working hours: HYBRID MON - FRI Office hours

HQ Location: Commonwealth, Singapore

Requirements

• Good understanding of Financial Accounting, Inventory Costing, and Pricing concepts.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV is highly preferred.

• Prior experience in an ERP software vendor, Microsoft Dynamics partner, or consulting environment will be highly preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
