Job summary

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, document clear functional requirements, support solution design, testing, training, and change adoption in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Information System/Finance, Information Technology/Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 2 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project support.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with requirement gathering, process mapping, and testing.
• Relevant certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile-related certification can be an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, exciting environment.
• Familiar with use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Deepseek) to assist to automate simple work processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Review current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements or user stories
• Work closely with project managers, developers, testers, and business users
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders
• Prepare business process flows, reports, and documentation
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives
• Help manage change by supporting user training and adoption
