Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking an IT System Analyst / Business Analyst to bridge technology and business needs. You will analyze requirements, map processes, and support projects that drive organizational success.

The role focuses on gathering stakeholder requirements, managing backlogs, and coordinating with ICT vendors. You will design and execute automated tests using Tosca and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as business analyst or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems / IT / business analytics or related discipline.
Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in Agile projects and SDLC/testing practices.
Experience with automation testing and translating business needs to test scripts.

Responsibilities

Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
Identify system enhancements and translate business needs into business requirement documents.
Review implementation plans, manage backlogs, and coordinate with ICT providers for activities.
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts (e.g., Tosca) for frontend, backend, and integrations.
Validate system enhancements against business expectations; track defects end-to-end.
Provide updates on testing progress, backlog status, and issues to project stakeholders.
