Responsibilities

Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Identify system enhancement opportunities and translating business needs into business requirement documents.
Review implementation plans, manage application product backlogs, and collaborate with business stakeholders, external parties, and ICT providers for operational, maintenance, and enhancement activities.
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tosca for functional and regression testing across frontend, backend, and integration workflows.
Validate system enhancements against business expectations, track and manage defects from creation to closure, and ensure project delivery compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
Provide regular updates on testing/work progress, backlog status, system enhancements, defects, and operational issues to project stakeholders.
