Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge between customer stakeholders and the development team, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered.

You will write user stories, support sprint planning, document processes, and lead training across LSRA and ACD divisions to enable effective use of SENTRA. Experience in Agile and with Confluence/JIRA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile teams and writing user stories.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into clear acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with product backlog grooming and sprint ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customer stakeholders and development team to clarify requirements.
• Write and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria for the product backlog.
• Support backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Lead and conduct end-user training across divisions to ensure SENTRA adoption.
