Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Project Manager to join the founding key team, collaborating with the Program Manager across CRM, Retail Banking, and channels to transform the business and drive digital initiatives. You will shape governance, manage vendors, and lead cross-functional project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong PM/BA experience in banking, CRM expertise, and a track record delivering global IT projects with onshore and offshore

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years of Business Analyst / Project Management experience in the banking sector, preferably with private banking experience, and knowledge of CRM tools.
• Good understanding of the software development process.
• Proven experience working on global IT projects, including experience working with onshore and offshore resources, software vendors, and global deployment locations.
• Experience organising, leading, and managing business application projects, including planning, budget and resource management, requirements gathering, process design, solution design, development, security and infrastructure management, and implementation.
• Experience working closely with IT technical leadership to develop system solutions to meet business integration and scalability requirements.
• Previous experience in delivering projects within the CRM function, preferably utilising MS Dynamics CRM.
• 3+ years of CRM experience, with MS Dynamics desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Program/Project Management, or a technology organisation.
• Experience in project management, business analysis, and business process re-engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and governance for CRM and transformation initiatives.
• Establish work plans with Business and IT Delivery leadership and resource plans per project phase.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and PMs to standardize project management practices.
• Monitor progress of Retail and Channels Strategy programs and initiatives.
• Manage vendor SOWs, timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation for project delivery.
• Develop integrated baseline project plans and refine estimates and performance measurements.
• Provide schedule and cost forecasts and identify required skills.
• Coordinate with IT Delivery to package work for monthly releases.
• Ensure timely change requests and high-quality delivery.
• Drive Omni-channel initiatives (e-commerce, retail, customer service).
• Conceive technical/functional specs and manage dev team schedules across test, production, and delivery phases.
• Serve as Project Manager for end-to-end lifecycle including integration, data migration, go-live and support.
• CA/CRM expertise for Salesforce MS Dynamics and related solutions.
• Develop best practice templates for team-wide adoption.
• Ensure alignment of projects with organizational strategic objectives.
• Implement and maintain technology governance frameworks and project methodologies.
• Create executive-level presentations to support strategic programs.
• Set standards for program and project management across the team.
• Utilize PM tools to track status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Implement risk management strategies and cross-functional coordination.

Job Responsibilities

You will be part of the founding key team member, working closely with the Program Manager in CRM, and Retail Banking and Channels and other team leads in the transformation of the business. Strategic Planning and Governance

• Establishes work plans in conjunction with Business and IT Delivery leadership, and establishes resource plans for each phase of a project

• Collaborate with the Senior Management, Programme, and Project Managers to streamline and standardize project management practices.

• Monitor progress of Retail and Channels Strategy program, project and initiatives.

• Prepares and reviews project proposals, Statements of Work and/or requests for proposal with potential vendors for goods and services within the scope of the project activities

• Work with a multitude of vendors to ensure project delivery, customer satisfaction negotiate vendor SOW’s, timelines, resource allocation, capital budgeting, project lifecycle management

• Develops integrated baseline project plans (initiation to closure) adapting estimating models as required, documents estimating assumptions, refines plans and manages performance against them

• Provides schedule and costs forecasts including risk based provisions and identifies resources and skills required

• Work with IT Delivery team to split the delivery in consistent packages via the monthly release cycle

• Ensure change requests are addressed timely and delivered with high quality

• Drive the Omni-channel interactions (e-commerce / retail / customer service)

• Conceive the technical / functional specification by managing the implementation schedules of development teams, including attending users in test, production and delivery phases

• Serve as Project Manager, responsible for overall project definition, management and tracking, covering the entire lifecycle, from project definition and business requirements gathering, through implementation, including integration, training, data migration, go-live, support and closeout, including standard functionalities and custom developments

• Salesforce/Sales CRM subject matter & solutions expert

• Ensure projects are delivered on time & budget

• Develop business value assessments and process blueprints showing as-is and the improved to-be end state

• Manage external consulting partners

• Define and execute project governance & communication

• Prepare and present BIS documents

• Track actual activities & resource spend

• Communication project issues and resolution

• CAPM, PMP or other project management certification

• Utilization of previous hands-on experience of delivering end to end CRM projects facilitating workshops to challenge current business thinking

• MS Dynamics CRM application knowledge is helpful

• Develop best practice templates and examples for team-wide adoption.

Project Management

• Create executive-level presentations to support strategic programs.

Financial Management

• Support cost management initiatives.

• Assist in the annual budgeting cycle, including planning and strategy.

• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

• Implement financial controls to ensure cost efficiency and resource optimization.

Communication and Staff Engagement

• Perform change management and awareness activities to the rest of the business teams.

• Ensure effective communication and transparency of project goals, progress, and outcomes to all stakeholders.

• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance project management skills across the team.

Essential Requirements
