Job summary

The Edge Contracting Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive digital transformation across enterprise platforms including CRM, ERP, loyalty, and financial systems.

You will bridge business needs and technology solutions, guiding end-to-end delivery in Agile environments while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will lead requirements management, document functional specifications, and develop both current-state and future-state process maps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or enterprise transformation environments.
• Proven track record in CRM, ERP, or loyalty platform implementations.
• Experience across industries such as aviation, retail, utilities, FMCG, or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements, translating them into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps to support transformation initiatives.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery and validation.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate workshops to align business objectives and solution design.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
• Support Agile delivery frameworks, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stand-ups.
• Manage priorities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to drive execution efficiency.
• Lead or support implementation of enterprise platforms such as CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), and loyalty systems.
• Collaborate on API integrations and system migrations from legacy to modern architectures.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles including planning, execution, and defect management.
• Ensure production readiness and minimize post-release issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices.
• Support change enablement initiatives to drive adoption of new systems and processes.
• Deliver training and documentation to end users.
• Promote best practices and process standardization across teams.

Senior Business Analyst - 12 months contract

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements, translating them into clear user stories and functional specifications

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles including planning, execution, and defect management
• Ensure production readiness and minimize post‑release issues
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices

Change Management & Training

• Support change enablement initiatives to drive adoption of new systems and processes
• Deliver training and documentation to end users
• Promote best practices and process standardization across teams

Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or enterprise transformation environments
• Proven track record in CRM, ERP, or loyalty platform implementations
• Experience across industries such as aviation, retail, utilities, FMCG, or manufacturing preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
• Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce (Service, Marketing, Data Cloud), SAP FICO, or similar
• Understanding of API integrations and modern system architectures

Methodologies

• Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery frameworks
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering and business process modeling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or equivalent are highly desirable

Nice to Have

• Experience working with offshore vendor teams
• Multilingual capability (e.g., English, Mandarin, Japanese)
• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformations
