Elliott Moss Consulting Pte. Ltd.

is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable solutions. You will collaborate with architects, developers, QA and project teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible, align with solution design, and are testable.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, System Integration, Consulting, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience on medium to large-scale SI projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, wireframes, and mockups.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, integration technologies, and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI is an advantage. Familiarity with Figma and Miro is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst certification.
• Experience in Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, or regulatory/compliance projects.
• Exposure to PDPA, ISO, or other compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and project teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned with solution design.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support Agile activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Support UAT, defect management, requirements traceability, and change management.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, process flows, and user documentation.
• Provide project reporting, status updates, and support knowledge-transfer activities.
