Job summary

Wilmar International is seeking a skilled IT automation engineer to develop agentic Copilot-based bots and automate daily IT operations. The role involves building Power Automate flows, coordinating with L1–L3 IT Ops teams, and integrating with OKTA, Active Directory, SharePoint, and JIRA CMDB to streamline processes.

The candidate should have a CS/CE/AI/ML background and hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Python, Grafana, and PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Power Automate, Power BI, Python, Grafana, and PowerShell.
• Experience automating workflows and scripting in IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic Copilot-based bots to automate IT Ops tasks.
• Automate end-to-end operational workflows with Power Automate and reports generation.
• Integrate bots with Identity & Access and knowledge sources (OKTA, AD, SharePoint, JIRA CMDB).
