Job summary

YTL PowerSeraya Pte. Limited is offering an internship with the Digitalisation & Automation team to develop RPA and AI Agent solutions, improving business processes and productivity.

The intern will work closely with business users and technology teams to identify opportunities, test and deploy automation solutions. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Analytics, with basic knowledge of RPA, Power Automate, AI Agents or programming languages.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of RPA, Power Automate, AI Agents or scripting/programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Passion for automation, AI and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support RPA and AI Agent solutions using enterprise automation platforms, eg. Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Copilot.
• Engage business users to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Document business processes, requirements and solution designs.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure and security teams on solution integration.
• Perform testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues and support deployments.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides and project updates.
• Assist in evaluating new automation and AI technologies.
