Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support staff to assist day-to-day operations, handling calls, emails, walk-ins and tickets. The role involves troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve inquiries promptly.

You will identify and replace IT equipment, liaise with government agencies on returns, and support cross-team projects as needed. A Diploma or Higher Nitec in IT and at least one year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in IT or related fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and quick learner.
• Good understanding of internal systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations by handling calls, emails, walk-ins and tickets.
• Identify, maintain and replace IT equipment.
• Coordinate with government agencies on faulty equipment returns.
• Troubleshoot systems and report progress to supervisor.
• Support projects from other teams as instructed.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed.

Responsibility

• Assists day-to-day operation by picking up the phone calls/email/walk-ins/ticketing system to understand user's enquires/request, provide IT support and perform troubleshooting or elevate to the relevant PIC, or provide alternatives to resolves the cases.
• Identification, maintenance and replacement of electronic equipment and computers.
• Liaise with government agency on return and collection of faulty or repairedequipment.
• Perform troubleshooting in systems and report the status to superior on time without delay .
• To support project from another team/section/department as instructed by superior .
• To perform any ad-hoc assignment as instructed by superior .

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Nitec studied in IT or related fields
• Preferable with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Responsible, meticulous, fast learner and able to understand the internal system process quickly
• Able to follow the internal systems thoroughly to make sure the tasks are smoothly process
