Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in IT project coordination and IT support a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Keep track of IT asset movement and update the tracker and customer's Asset Management System (AMS).
• Ensure the soft copy forms are sent to the required parties within the timeline.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Follow up closely with the engineers to ensure all forms and assets are in place.
• Serve as the point of contact for asset reconciliation with the customer.
• Return the reclaimed assets to the customer on a weekly basis.
• Basic troubleshooting for assets to ensure they are in working condition.
