Enbridge is seeking an IT Application Support Analyst in Singapore. The role covers ERP and productivity application support, including Microsoft 365, with emphasis on solving functional and data issues and facilitating user access controls.

You will help translate business requirements into system solutions, assist in testing and UAT, and collaborate with vendors for smooth operations and documentation.

Qualificações

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT/CS.
• Experience supporting ERP software or enterprise systems.
• Basic understanding of business processes such as purchasing, sales, inventory, finance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Basic understanding of web apps, troubleshooting and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, IT teams and external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide application support for ERP systems and other key business applications.
• Troubleshoot functional, data and application issues and support day-to-day ERP operations.
• Understand business processes and translate requirements into practical system solutions.
• Support configuration, enhancements, upgrades, testing and UAT.
• Coordinate with vendors and ERP consultants to resolve issues and maintain docs.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Assist with user access, permissions and collaboration issues across apps.
• Support web applications, integrations, automation and digitalisation projects.
• Participate in IT projects and maintain technical documentation.
