Job summary

Crédit Agricole Group's Information Systems Asia Pacific (ISAP) is seeking a senior leader to manage and oversee COO Office teams across the Asia Pacific region from its Singapore-based operations. You will drive supervisory and operational controls, budget and financial management, facilities governance, and risk management in line with MAS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Second Line of Defense activities (supervisory controls) & COO Office First Line of Defense functions (operational controls)
• Oversee Budget & Financial Management to meet MTP financial objectives
• Manage Operational Support & Services, including facilities & premises management
• Ensure Technology Risk Management compliance in accordance with MAS guidelines
• Oversee Security & Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives
• Monitor & govern IT service delivery for the ISAP platform, including SLA oversight
• Manage sourcing activities, administration of external contractors, and alignment with global sourcing strategy
• Lead Procurement processes and related activities
• Coordinate Internal and External Communications
• Drive and support Transversal (cross-functional) projects
• Contribute to & supervise the preparation of strategic materials & documentation presented to the Strategic Committee
• Participate in the ISAP Management Committee & work closely with all committee members
• Support the design, implementation, and execution of the ISAP and ISR transformation roadmap (geo-sourcing, AI, workforce, and related initiatives)
• Supervise and oversee COO Office teams & activities in ISAP: ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Continuously monitor internal customer satisfaction with services delivered by the COO Office
• Lead talent management and workforce development initiatives across the teams
• Ensure compliance with Crédit Agricole CIB Code of Conduct
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation of rules, guidelines, procedures, and processes
• Drive change management activities and promote continuous improvement, efficiency, and AI adoption across COO sections
• Coordinate with Head Office teams and ISAP stakeholders to align on objectives and delivery
• Maintain proactive coordination with Branch Management to provide assurance on risk areas
