Job summary

CapitaLand, listed in Singapore, seeks an experienced professional for its Listed Funds-Investor Relations team. You will support quarterly earnings materials, disclosures, and investor presentations, while coordinating sustainability reporting and investor engagements.

You will analyze market trends, manage investor inquiries, and collaborate with finance, management and legal teams to align messaging and strategy. A CFA/CAIA/ICIR advantage, 3–5 years in IR or related fields preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking & Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• CFA, CAIA or ICIR is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong financial analysis and presentation skills; able to interpret results for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly earnings, annual and interim report materials and investor presentations.
• Ensure disclosures comply with regulatory standards and messaging is consistent.
• Work on sustainability reporting and coordinate related data.
• Respond to investor inquiries with accuracy and timeliness while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate non-deal roadshows, investor days, site visits and conference participation.
• Monitor industry trends and perform peer analyses to benchmark performance.
• Ensure investor communications comply with securities laws and exchange requirements.
• Collaborate with management, portfolio management, finance, communications and legal teams.
