Superform Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Investor Relations Manager/Senior Manager based in Kent Ridge, Singapore. The role focuses on building investor relations programs, coordinating investor meetings, and delivering compelling financial communications.

You will work with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Corporate Communications to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting, while supporting fundraising and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, shareholders, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Handle investor inquiries and coordinate meetings, roadshows, briefings, conferences, and site visits.
• Prepare financial presentations, earnings reports, annual reports, and investor communications.
• Monitor market trends, share price performance, competitors, and investor sentiment.
• Conduct market research, peer benchmarking, and financial analysis.
• Support fundraising, M&A activities, and other corporate strategic projects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior management.
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Corporate Communications teams.
• Ensure compliance with stock exchange regulations, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and corporate information.

Job Title: Investor Relations (IR) Manager / Senior Manager

Location: Kent Ridge

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm

Job responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, shareholders, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Handle investor inquiries and coordinate meetings, roadshows, briefings, conferences, and site visits.
• Prepare financial presentations, earnings reports, annual reports, and investor communications.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.
• Manager: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Investment Banking, FP&A, or Accounting.
• Senior Manager: Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in capital markets, investor relations, and corporate communications, including working with senior management and leading IR initiatives in a listed company.
• Experience in investor communications and financial reporting within a listed company is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial modelling, valuation, and capital markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial information platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and handle confidential information professionally.
