Job summary

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• 6–8 years in investor relations, fundraising, client servicing or investor communications within private markets or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Excellent presentation development, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting investor relationships.
• High integrity, discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
• Continuous-improvement mindset and willingness to leverage technology to enhance IR deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate investor relations activities, supporting fundraising and relationships with current and prospective investors.
• Prepare and oversee investor presentations, fundraising materials and investment case studies.
• Manage investor engagement processes, including meeting prep, materials, followups, records and fundraising pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate investor due diligence, information requests and data room management.
• Plan and execute investor-facing engagements, including annual meetings, roadshows and events.
• Work with senior management to ensure consistent messaging and a high standard of investor communication.
