Job summary

Globecast Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an OTT Platform Operator to monitor, triage and resolve the technical operations of OTT and broadcast systems. You will manage live streams, station health, and incident workflows in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high service availability and prompt resolutions.

The role requires strong broadcast/IP video knowledge, excellent communication, and proactive problem solving, including coordinating with partner networks and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in broadcast or IP video workflows.
• Knowledge of ETR290, SDI, and ASI compression.
• Experience with streaming video and OTT services.
• Ability to monitor, triage and escalate incidents.
• Excellent communication and incident documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor OTT and broadcast networks for quality and continuity.
• Triage alerts and escalate issues promptly.
• Manage live streams and video publishing to partner channels.
• Coordinate with vendors and partner teams during incidents.
• Document incidents with time, services affected and symptoms.
• Provide effective communication to clients and teams.
