Job summary

Singtel, a leading technology-driven telco, is seeking a Product Manager for Home Entertainment to lead the delivery and ongoing enhancement of Pay TV and OTT client applications across STB, Smart TVs, mobile and web platforms.

You will translate business requirements into customer-facing features, and coordinate with Product, IT, Network, partners and business users to enable timely, high-quality releases that improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in Pay TV and OTT video ecosystem is required.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into features and stories.
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Pay TV and OTT client applications across STB, Smart TVs, mobile apps and web platforms.
Collaborate with UX/UI and Dev teams to define features and acceptance criteria.
Maintain project plans, schedules, risks and dependencies through release milestones.
Plan UAT, production readiness and commercial launch activities; monitor post-launch performance.
Ensure outcomes deliver measurable business value and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders across Business, Network Engineering, IT Platform and partners.
