Job summary

FULLSUN MARKETING PTE LTD is seeking a Technical Presales & Solution Design professional in Singapore to engage customers, gather requirements, and craft technical solutions for Smart IoT deployments.

You will conduct demonstrations, prepare specifications, support POCs, and manage projects from requirements gathering to deployment, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in engineering solutions, project implementation, and technology-related products.
• Able to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Comfortable conducting site surveys, technical assessments, testing, and on-site implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to resolving technical and project-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand operational requirements, technical constraints, and business objectives.
• Develop technical solution proposals and communicate system architecture, functionality, deployment requirements, and expected outcomes.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical specifications for Smart solutions.
• Support proof-of-concept activities to validate proposed solutions before full-scale deployment.
• Conduct site surveys to assess site conditions, sensor placement, gateway requirements, and other installation considerations.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, resources, and requirements to complete projects as per customer expectations.
• Manage changes to project requirements and coordinate with customers, developers, vendors, and internal teams to implement changes.
• Oversee development and improvement of Smart solutions based on customer requirements and feedback.
• Gather and prioritise product and feature requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Support testing and evaluation of new technologies before deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing products and solutions based on experience and data.
