Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking an Applications/Process Engineer in Singapore to provide technical applications and process support for semiconductor equipment. You will work with customers to assess capabilities, optimise performance, and resolve issues across installations, maintenance, and demonstrations.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience and strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

3–4 years of relevant experience in Applications or Process Engineering for semiconductors.
Hands-on ion implantation experience strongly preferred.
Experience with front-end semiconductor equipment is advantageous.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer-support abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support through product presentations, demonstrations, installation, and maintenance.
Work with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop suitable applications and technical specifications.
Evaluate and validate product capabilities, ensuring solutions meet customer specifications.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and provide proactive and reactive customer support.
Perform technical analysis and calculations to support application development and problem resolution.
Share application knowledge and technical guidance with customers and internal teams.
