Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Materials Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years in semi back end or front end process engineering or related roles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with hands‑on technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customer-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally as needed.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and process application expertise to customers, sales teams, and product team.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products, solutions.
• Support product selection, application validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
• Collaborate closely with product team, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to address customer technical issues and drive solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Support new product introductions and application development initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation including application reports, specifications, test data, and customer presentations.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for customer-reported issues.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely technical responses to support business growth.
