Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking a Senior / Applications Engineer (MNC - Semiconductor) in Serangoon, Singapore. You will provide technical expertise, support sales teams, and develop specifications and solutions for customers in the ion implantation front-end equipment space.

The role emphasizes hands-on knowledge of ion implantation, process equipment, and strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. 5-day work week with standard hours and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Applications Engineer or Process Engineer background.
• Direct Ion Implant experience highly preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of ion implantation / semiconductor front-end equipment.
• Experience in front-end wafer process equipment: PVD/CVD/ALD, Etch, CMP, Wet Process, Inspection/Metrology.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, customer support, application and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance.
• Support sales teams in assessing product applications and customer requirements.
• Prepare product specifications and application solutions for customers.
• Provide machine and process troubleshooting, reactive and proactive.
• Ensure product applications/solutions function according to specifications.
• Provide technical support and product/application information to sales teams and customers.
• Support software/product capability assessment, validation and consultation where required.
• Perform scientific and mathematical analysis to support technical solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance.

• Supporting sales teams in assessing product applications and customer requirements.

• Preparing product specifications and application solutions for customers.

• Ensuring product applications/solutions function according to specifications.

Requirements

• Applications Engineer or Process Engineer background.
