Job summary

Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Investor Relations Administrator to support fund administration for hedge funds and private equity clients. You will review work, ensure regulatory representations, and help maintain accurate investor records.

You will proactively manage daily workflows, assist Account Managers, and deliver timely NAV updates and investor reporting while upholding procedures and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area.
• 3–5 years in investor relations or fund services preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review work of Investor Relations staff and ensure fund rules are followed.
• Proactively manage team daily workflow and deadlines.
• Update NAV and investor reporting and maintain share registers.
• Assist auditors and coordinate AML documentation with investors.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
