Citco is hiring a Supervisor – Private Equity in Singapore to oversee the administration of a PE fund portfolio. You will supervise a small team, maintain books, NAVs, and ensure timely monthly/quarterly reporting for investors and regulators.

You will coordinate carried interest, capital calls, distributions, and allocations, while collaborating with Investor Relations and auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or studying for a professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA).
• With 5+ years’ experience in accounting for the financial services sector, particularly Private Equity, Asset Management or Fund Administration.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Experienced in reviewing and preparing general ledger and financial statements.
• Established knowledge in relation to accounting and consolidations under IFRS.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Administration Agreements for a portfolio of Private Equity funds and supervise a small team of accountants.
• Maintain books and records and calculate fund Net Asset Values.
• Coordinate and review monthly/quarterly reporting and performance metrics.
• Coordinate and review calculations of carried interest, performance and incentive fees.
• Coordinate and review capital calls, distributions and investor allocations.
• Coordinate partner capital account statements and processing of payments.
• Supervise junior staff and act as day‑to‑day client contact.
• Support Investor Relations and respond to investor queries and notices.
• Liaise with investors, managers, banks and auditors; assist auditors.
