Job summary

CITIC Securities International is seeking an Associate to manage fund administration and relationship management for assigned clients in Singapore. You will coordinate with internal operations, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely service delivery across onboarding and ongoing tasks.

The role requires 5–8+ years in fund/financial services, strong English and Chinese communication, and deep knowledge of Singapore fund markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or related discipline.
• 5 to 8+ years’ relevant experience in fund, financial solutions and corporate solutions.
• Experience in client services or relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned fund clients and respond to daily inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal operations to resolve issues and onboard funds.
• Monitor onboarding progress and provide status updates to clients.
• Handle complaints and special requests per established procedures and escalate when needed.
• Maintain understanding of each client’s fund structure, requirements, and service expectations.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, accounting, and investor relations to ensure service standards.
• Provide guidance on operational processes, documentation, and regulatory matters.
• Prepare and deliver regular service updates, reports, and meeting materials.
