Job summary

Citco in Singapore seeks an Investor Relations Administrator to support fund administration activities for hedge funds and private equity clients. You will review IR staff work, manage daily workflows, and prepare monthly and ad hoc reports with precision.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, 3–5 years of IR experience, and strong MS Office skills. You will interact with investors and support NAV updates and AML documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or business-related area.
• 3–5 years of experience in investor relations, preferably private equity and/or hedge funds.
• Display an active interest in the financial markets, hedge funds, and private equity industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (and other MS Office apps).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing work of Investor Relations administration staff and ensuring fund rules are followed.
• Proactively managing daily workflow and deadlines.
• Completing monthly and ad hoc reports with high accuracy.
• Supporting Account Manager to ensure adherence to procedures and processes.
• Liaising with investors regarding anti-money laundering documentation.
• Updating NAV, reporting to investors, and maintaining share registers.
• Processing subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
