Job summary

Proven experience in or closely aligned to the VC ecosystem with credible GP relationships.
Proven people leadership with a track record of delivering results through others.
Strong origination and pipeline development capabilities in complex stakeholder environments.
Excellent executive communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
Sound risk and compliance judgement in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the team covering VC firms, ecosystem partners and strategic channels through coaching, hiring and performance management.
Build a high-performance, client-centric culture that promotes innovation, learning, accountability and inclusive ways of working.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Innovation Banking and wider enterprise (as applicable).
Manage senior stakeholders effectively (internal/external), applying emotional intelligence to improve execution and outcomes.
Own senior client relationships with priority VC managers/GPs, funds and key ecosystem players.
