sggovterp is seeking an Asst. Manager, Investment Operations in Singapore to provide operational and administrative support to the Investment Division.

You will assist with performance reporting, documentation management, compliance monitoring, governance, liquidity management, and trade settlement support. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in an investment operations or financial services support role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in handling data and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performance reporting across internally managed and externally placed portfolios.
• Maintain a well-organised repository of investment documents and track key terms and renewal dates.
• Monitor portfolio compliance against guidelines and mandate parameters; prepare compliance reports.
• Support governance, audit processes, policies, and action item tracking for internal reviews.
• Assist in liquidity management by monitoring cash positions and cash flows across the portfolio.
• Aid in reconciliations of valuations, cash positions and transaction records; investigate discrepancies.
• Track and support settlement and trade confirmation with custodians and counterparties.
• Serve as a liaison with fund managers' operations teams, custodians, and other service providers.
• Assist with onboarding and implementation of operations and portfolio management systems; document workflows.
• Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, meetings, and document distribution.
