Job summary

SAFRA National Service Association in Singapore seeks a Finance Executive to support investment and treasury activities, monitor portfolios, and report on performance. This role involves secretariat support to the Investment Committee and ensuring compliance with approved policies.

You will prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, track fixed deposits and liquidity, and liaise with banks and fund managers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Economics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment operations or treasury.
• Sound knowledge of investment products and governance principles.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment reports and committee papers with timely accuracy.
• Secretariat tasks for Investment Committee including minutes.
• Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and liquidity needs.
• Support cash flow forecasting and fund deployment recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance requirements.
• Maintain investment records and liaise with banks and managers.
