Job summary

Singapore Government is seeking a professional for the Reserve Management Department to strengthen the control framework and ensure timely execution of investment mandates.

You will coordinate with fund managers and custodians, negotiate contracts, and manage data systems to support portfolio administration. The role requires strong project management, tech aptitude, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Relevant experience in legal, compliance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with fund managers, transition managers, custodians and internal stakeholders to ensure timeliness in onboarding and terminating investment mandates, and in transferring between accounts.
• Review and negotiate contracts with fund managers and other service providers.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and stakeholders to draft, update and execute contractual arrangements to ensure regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Assist with administration of data and IT systems and liaising with service providers as needed.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance system functionalities and resolve technical issues.
• Explore ways to automate and integrate new technologies in current workflows.
• Coordinate with other departments in areas of control and internal operating procedures, enterprise risk, business continuity planning and audit.
• Assist portfolio managers in performance reporting, fee payments and knowledge management.
• Manage procurement process and searches for external advisory partners.
