You will drive client satisfaction, operational excellence and risk management through coordinated front-to-back teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and successful execution of strategic portfolio priorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or a related discipline.
• Min 10 years in investment/asset management with client servicing exposure.
• Specialized knowledge of end-to-end investment processes for front/back office.
• Excellent listening and communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead institutional client relationships and serve as trusted investment contact.
• Translate client requirements into practical portfolio solutions.
• Deliver proactive day-to-day service and manage complex client matters.
• Coordinate front-to-back teams for mandates and implementation.
• Lead senior stakeholder discussions on portfolios and strategy.
