Job summary

AIA Investment Management seeks a Senior Manager for Investment Marketing to drive growth of investment-linked funds, pension products, and related strategies across 18 markets. You will lead innovation, marketing, and capability-building initiatives, leveraging partnerships and internal resources to elevate product adoption and training effectiveness.

Qualifications

At least 8 years of relevant experience in asset management, with frontline exposure to markets, advisory, sales, marketing or training.
Ability to communicate and present to stakeholders at all levels with energy and clarity.
Strategic thinking to partner with business units for sustainable impact and long-term growth.
Experience working across teams to identify, solve and implement solutions.
In-depth knowledge of global macro markets and mutual fund products; familiarity with Asia's regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

Grow AUM across Investment Products in AIA markets through innovative marketing strategies.
Lead product innovation, marketing, and training initiatives for Investment Products.
Ensure local units' marketing and training needs are met.
Coordinate development of sales, marketing, and training infrastructure across markets.
Create fund factsheets, pitchbooks, and investor education materials.
Present at investment trainings, events, and seminars; stay ahead of industry developments.
