Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an Investment Director to lead our data center investment strategy across Asia. You will source, evaluate, and execute greenfield, brownfield and M&A opportunities, and deliver rigorous financial analyses to support decision making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage due diligence, negotiate transactions, and present investment memo to Management and the Investment Committee. A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end investment experience in infrastructure and/or real estate.
• Experience in sourcing, underwriting, deal structuring and presenting to Investment Committee.
• Strong financial modelling with ability to assess site viability and requirements.

Job description

• As an Investment Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our data center investment strategy across Asia. You will lead the sourcing and evaluation of new opportunities, conduct rigorous financial analysis, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution of investment in Data Center greenfield, brownfield and M&A projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth of a fast‑expanding digital infrastructure platform while working alongside industry experts in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the sourcing and evaluation of new data centre investment opportunities, including greenfield site acquisition, corporate / business acquisition, formation of joint venture or any other form of investment across Asia
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis to support investment decisions
• Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with legal, technical, valuators and financial advisors
• Lead the negotiation with counterparties and facilitate the drafting, signing and closing of definitive documents
• Prepare investment memorandum and present recommendations to Management and Investment Committee
• Work closely with Sales, Portfolio Management and Design/Construction teams to ensure alignment on project delivery and value creation
• Support Portfolio Management team for strategic decision‑making such as customer pricing, capex budget control, project financing or other key value creation activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in end‑to‑end investment in infrastructure and/or real estate from sourcing, evaluation, underwriting, financial modelling, deal structuring, documentation and presentation at Investment Committee at private equity or data center operation platform, or investment banking in TMT sector with a strong emphasis on transaction execution and product expertise
• Strong financial modelling and investment analytical skills, ability to assess infrastructure, site suitability and technical requirements of Target in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Solid understanding of digital infrastructure value chain from design/construction through commercialisation and operation as well as related sectors (e.g., energy, real estate, connectivity)
• Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesEntrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on, proactive approach
