Job summary

Tri-Cap Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Finance Analyst to develop and maintain financial models for data centre investments and development projects in Singapore.

You will model cash flows, valuations and investment returns to inform strategy. You will support underwriting, business plan development, and performance monitoring, consolidating data into clear insights for management and stakeholders, and preparing investor and committee materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, law, real estate, or related discipline with about 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the data centre, digital infrastructure, or related sectors would be an advantage.

Job description

We are recruiting for a growing Data Centre platform with ambitious plan to scale up strategically in the Asia Pacific region.

You will be mainly responsible for developing and maintaining financial models for data centre investments and development projects, including project cash flows, financial forecasts, valuations, investment returns, and sensitivity analyses.

You will support investment underwriting, business plan development, and portfolio performance monitoring, assessing actual performance against targets and identifying key risks, performance gaps, and value creation opportunities. This will include due diligence and transaction execution in coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisers.

You will prepare high-quality investment committee papers, board presentations, investor materials, and customer-facing presentations to communicate investment rationale, financial performance, business plans, and strategic initiatives. You will also consolidate financial, operational, commercial, and development information into clear, actionable insights to support management decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Law, Real Estate, or a related discipline with about 4-6 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, financial modelling, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, or asset management.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the data centre, digital infrastructure, or related sectors would be an advantage.
