Job summary

BEATHCHAPMAN (PTE. LTD.) in Singapore is seeking an AVP/VP-level investment professional with a proven track record in private equity, investment management or fund management across real assets sectors.

You will manage end-to-end investment processes for data centre assets across APAC and Europe, source and execute acquisitions, build financial models and lead due diligence with advisers, presenting findings to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• AVP (4-5 yrs) | VP (6-8 yrs) buyside experience in investment management, PE, fund management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end investment process for data centre assets across APAC and Europe, from origination to closing.
• Source, analyse, structure and execute acquisitions to maximise risk-adjusted returns.
• Build financial models and present the investment analysis to key stakeholders.
• Lead legal, tax, technical and financial due diligence with advisers, and review legal documents.
• Prepare investment papers and regular sector research on data centre market trends.

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• AVP (4-5 yrs) | VP (6-8 yrs) relevant buyside experience in investment management, PE, fund management
• Experience in investment, financial or commercial due diligence
• MANDATORY: Sector experience in digital infra, TMT, general infrastructure, real estate or real assets across APAC or Asia region
• Strong financial modelling, report writing, verbal and presentation skills
• Independent team player who can work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
